AADOM Code of Conduct Module

As an AADOM member you have both personal responsibility and accountability. Because of this, we have created a Professional Code of Conduct. We've asked Susan Gunn to review a few of the key points of this Professional Code of Conduct with you.

Please watch the following short video and agree to adhere to this code of conduct in the survey afterwards. Once you've completed both steps a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.

Please note, if you are pursuing induction into any of the AADOM Designation programs, FAADOM, MAADOM or DAADOM, your certificate of completion must accompany your application.

Heather Colicchio

Heather Colicchio is the founder and president of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). AADOM is the largest professional organization in the nation for dental business team members. Heather is passionate about small business and entrepreneurship. She enjoys collaboration and loves working in the dental industry.

Susan Gunn

Susan definitely has a wild, crazy, fun side but she is very serious about the financial organization of dental practices. An Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor & a Certified Fraud Examiner, she has helped practices organize and keep their revenue for over twenty years.

Having written 38 books and a nationally recognized speaker, Susan has been appointed as an American Dental Association Consultant to the Council for 2016-2017, recognized since 2005 as A Leader In Consulting by Dentistry Today Magazine and named an American Dental Association Financial Matter Expert and a Guidelines for Practice Success Expert. Susan lives in her hometown, Arlington, TX.
