Kevin Henry
With more than 16 years in the dental publishing industry, Kevin Henry is the former group editorial director for Dental Products Report and managing editor for Dental Economics. He now serves as the co-founder for IgniteDA.net, a community designed to empower, enlighten and educate dental assistants. He speaks to dental assistants throughout the country, reminding them of the important role they play every day in their practice. Cathy worked alongside her husband, John H. Jameson, DDS, as his office manager, helping the practice develop systems for success, which are now delivered by a team of advisors to dental professionals nationwide. Cathy has been named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Association of Dental Office Management in 2014.

Penny Reed
Penny Reed is a speaker, coach, and author of the book Growing Your Dental Business. She coaches dentists and their teams to increase their performance and create an office culture where the entire team looks forward to coming to work.
Penny has been coaching dentists and their teams since 1994. She has been named a Leader in Dental Consulting by Dentistry Today, from 2007 to 2017. She is a member of the Speaking Consulting Network, the National Speakers’ Association, and the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
Penny lives in Tennessee with her husband Rob and is the proud mom of Brooke and Savanah.

A good KPI should act as a compass, helping you and your Team understand whether you are truly on the right track toward your strategic goals.
This session will review the important statistics to track and how you use the information to focus office systems and training to achieve better results.

Debra Engelhardt-Nash
Debra Engelhardt Nash has been in dentistry since the early 80’s and a speaker/consultant for over 30 years. She has presented workshops nationally and internationally for numerous study groups and organizations and has written for a number of dental publications including 2 oral hygiene magazines. She has been honored twice as author of the year for her contributions to dental journals.
Debra is co-founder and instructor for The Nash Institute for Dental Learning, located in Huntersville, NC. Debra is a founding member and served two terms as President of the National Academy of Dental Management Consultants and is the first recipient of the Charles Kidd Meritorious Service Award presented by the ADMC. She is once again their acting President. Debra is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration, Speakers Consulting Network and a fellow in the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics.
Because of her contributions to the industry of dentistry, Debra received the Kay Moser Distinguished Service Award given by the American Dental Assistants Association in 2008. This is her twelfth year being recognized by Dentistry Today as a top consultant and speaker. She is the 2015 recipient of the Chicago Dental Society Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturer Recognition Award.
She continues to work in the “real world” of dentistry – when she is not consulting or speaking, she is working with an amazing Team in a fee for service practice in the Charlotte area.
