Being a leader isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being open to growth, modeling self-awareness, and empowering others.

Being a leader isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being open to growth, modeling self-awareness, and empowering others. • Distinguish between command-and-control leadership and coaching-based leadership styles
    • Apply the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) to everyday leadership conversations
