Jennifer Steadman, BSDH, RDH, DAADOM, is a hiring and transition expert that also specializes in business operations, team development, leadership and communication. She is a speaker and author who has held every position in the dental practice other than dentist! As Director of Operations of a mid-sized DSO with over 200 team members, she was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, office and team onboarding, operations, human resources, and budgeting. But most importantly, leading practice managers and regional managers to support and empower their teams in office. In 2023, Jennifer enthusiastically joined the team of Inspired Hygiene as their Director of Operations, a company that coaches dental teams to elevate their hygiene services, systems, and profits. Jennifer is the founder and former president of The Boston Society of Dental Manager (previously The Boston Chapter of AADOM). In 2020 she was named AADOM’s Practice Administrator of the Year and in 2021 achieved their highest distinction in the association, Diplomate.
After seeing fellow managers' challenges with leadership, the hiring process, and going through changes of ownership herself, she founded Steadman Onboarding Solutions (Jen S.O.S.). She has navigated teams through positive practice transitions and led teams to harness their strengths through empathetic leadership.
