Presenting treatment to patients can be one of the most feared roles in the dental office. Is this because we must have difficult financial conversations? Or is it because so many dental team members lack the training to feel completely comfortable in “selling” treatment? Whatever the case may be, this course will prepare attendees so they feel fully equipped and comfortable presenting treatment and gaining a higher percentage of acceptance. The more prepared the treatment coordinator is, the better one can help patients understand and appreciate the dental care being offered. The higher the treatment acceptance, the greater the profitability for the practice.
