Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever, spanning multiple generations with different communication styles, values, motivations, and expectations. Yet many leaders find themselves frustrated, labelling younger team members as disengaged, entitled, or lacking work ethics. What if the issue isn’t a lack of commitment—but a lack of leadership?
In this engaging and thought-provoking course, Tito Albino, MAADOM, shares practical leadership strategies designed to help dental leaders better understand, connect with, and inspire the next generation of team members. Drawing from personal experiences, leadership successes and failures, and real-world dental practice examples, attendees will learn how to move beyond assumptions and create environments where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute at their highest level.
Participants will explore the impact of generational differences, communication gaps, accountability, coaching, culture-building, and emotional intelligence. This course challenges leaders to shift from managing behaviors to developing people, creating stronger teams, healthier workplace cultures, and more sustainable practice growth.
Attendees will leave with actionable tools to foster trust, increase engagement, improve retention, and lead with greater intention—helping every team member show up fully and perform at their best.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the key characteristics and motivations of today’s multi-generational workforce.
- Identify leadership behaviors that unintentionally create disengagement and turnover.
