Dental administrative and clinical staff play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and minimizing legal exposure in the dental practice. But are you aware of just how significant your impact is?
Get a clear understanding of your role in risk management and explore how your daily actions can influence the outcome of potential legal claims. From hiring and training to compliance, documentation and communication, we’ll explore the touchpoints where dental administrators can either help prevent or inadvertently contribute to professional liability.
You’ll learn foundational legal concepts, including what happens during a malpractice case and how dental staff may be named or involved in litigation. Through real-world closed claim case studies, you’ll analyze what went wrong, how outcomes were affected, and what practical strategies could have changed the story.
You’ll leave this session empowered with concrete tools to reduce personal and practice liability — while protecting patient care and your professional reputation.
Don’t be blind to potential risks. Learn how you can avoid liability for the practice and yourself.
