INCLUDES: The Master File, Common Clauses, Entering Payments, Secondary Insurance and Process, Which Procedures Require Documentation, Narratives and Appeals, Narratives that Work, Alternate Benefit Request, Denials, Splitting Claims for Appeals, Pre-Treatment Estimates, Case Presenations.

Module 3: Insurance Conversations

INCLUDES: Words Matter: Phrases to Avoid, Verbal Basics for Your Team, Permier or Preferred: Plan Differences, Why Don’t Your Take my Insurance or Know My Benefits? How Much DOes My Insurance Cover? Per-Treatment Estimates, Team Meeting: Hypothetical Situations in Your Office.

Module 4: Monitoring Insurance Impact

INCLUDES: End-of-the-Day Duties, Refund Requests from Insurance, Claims Submission Report and Procedures Report, Aging Report, Claim Rejections, Documentation and Follow-Up Calls, Daily & Weekly Schedule Reports, Which Reports Monitor Profitability, Insurance Company Productivity, Improve Your Adjustments Report.
